You don't want it BAD enough (not true)

I was really struggling with something...

I had been hearing most my life from so many leaders, gurus and achievers the same message.

That if you want something bad enough you'll go after it.

And I kinda' bought in.

Because they knew what they were talking about, right?

So I often found myself angry, berating myself because I couldn't figure out why I could not achieve goals I set out for myself...when I wanted them SO SO bad.😩

Like, what's wrong with me? My want dial was turned up. And I would continue to fail.

But then about 8 years ago, I discovered that they were all WRONG.

It's not about how bad you want something at all. Not at all.
Yeah, you have to have desire. For sure.

But there is something more powerful.

You see..

Eight years ago, I woke up and started my day.

At about noon, I looked in the mirror, with about 60 lbs of extra weight on me, and I said "today's the day". Today's the day everything changes.

And over the next 6 months I witnessed for myself how powerful my strategy was.

I achieved the physical body I wanted. I finally felt like my outside reflected my inside. And I was blown away by how "not hard" it was. How although I did work at it, the change was organic.

It wasn't gruelling, and it wasn't unbelievable to me. It was a natural progression of some simple thought habits, emotion habits, and behaviour habits. So it was easy to maintain.

I've since learned to apply the strategy in all areas of my life. Relationships. Business. Family.

And it works.

I had "wanted" to lose weight since I was 14. I had tried all sorts of diets and methods and it never stuck.

Until I applied the power of VISION.  I started to live like I was that hot, sexy, fit mama I wanted to be.
I chose to eliminate the blame and shame thoughts I had been thinking for soooo long.  Those thoughts. Produce low vibe feelings…and those feelings produce more of the same.  More eating, more depression, more shame, more weight.  

And when I applied vision and the power of manifestation, the pain, the "hardness" of the challenge, and the self-loathing went away. There was no room for it.

And change came easy.

Manifestation is something you can use for any area of your life that you are unhappy with.

Or any area you want to amplify or improve.

This is NOT a weight loss post. This is a post about vision and destiny, and taking control of your life. Weight, money, love life, job, lifestyle dreams...

This is about recognizing things you're unhappy with, pivoting, and achieving more for yourself.
