Who you talkin' to?

So it's the middle of the week, and I've been thinking about you.I remember a time in my life where my default thoughts were things like, "I suck," "Why can't I get this right?", I wish I were prettier, funnier, cooler."

All feelings of unworthiness. And these feelings stifled me. They prevented me from moving forward in my life and my business.

And you know what I hoped beyond hope? I hoped for and wanted someone to come along and convince me that I was actually quite pretty, funny, and cool. That someone (or better yet, a group of someones) would scream at the top of their lungs that I was the prettiest, the funniest, and the coolest.

But here's the problem...and I learned that it doesn't matter how many people try to convince you that you're ok, if you don't believe it yourself. In fact, it becomes even more challenging when you seek others' approval only to reject it because you cannot accept it.

And you know what's kinda' great? If you put take half the energy you've been using to seek out the approval of others and applied it to growing your own sense of worthiness, you'll get wayyy farther.

Because once you are deeply rooted in your worthiness, number one, you will love who you are and you will see all of the beauty, skill, and talent you inherently have, and number two, you will accept and allow the flawed side of you to exist without shame or judgment. So today, I want to ask you:

✨What are the words you speak to yourself?

✨What do you say to yourself?

✨When you make a mistake?

✨When you score a hit in life (even a little one)?

✨What emotions do you infuse into those conversations?

✨What if the words you said to yourself consistently brought you more inspiration, more motivation and more reason to move forward in joy and anticipation, because the way you speak is organically tied to your deep roots of worthiness? 💕

Make sure you're in the group where you can learn strategies to have everything you want in this life by becoming deeply rooted in your worthiness.

Plus, I've got an fun and amazing program launching in just a few days. So stay tuned!

See you in the group!
